Joshua James Co-Founder & CEO

Joshua came up with the original concept for ZIG and is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of ZIG Media. Starting with his first company RiseTech, which he founded in college, Joshua has consistently had the vision to start and build successful companies. After selling RiseTech to Equity Office Property (Now Blackstone), Joshua started the pioneering live digital music firm Basecamp Productions which was eventually sold to Warner Music. Artists who became clients of Joshua’s include Pearl Jam, Kendrick Lamar, Linkin Park and Mumford & Sons.

Adam Platzner
Adam Platzner Co-Founder & President

Adam is an entrepreneur, brand builder and creative venture investor. He is the co-founder and President of ZIG Media. He is also the founder of Corbellus Capital, through which he became a founding investor in ZIG, The Infatuation and Nourish Snacks, among others. Prior to Corbellus, Adam co-founded and was the Chief Brand Officer of Dream Water, a consumer products company, with distribution throughout America's largest retailers. He graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL.

John Tornow
John Tornow Co-Founder & CTO

John is a technologist and software entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of ZIG Media. Prior to his work with ZIG, John led business and technical operations for a software consultancy, growing the company from a small team to a world-class agency. His work has been featured by Apple, Starbucks, and Google and has been used by millions of people around the world.
